League Descriptions
There are three Leagues you can sign-up for, the American League, the Saturday League or the National League. The ages listed for each league are a loose guide to help with your selection. The most important factor in selecting a league is safety of the player. If you need help with your selection please feel free to call Ken Richardson at 330-421-5305.
American League
This league is for players ages 5 & up. It is a league for beginners to intermediate players. Once a player begins to throw and hit the ball with power, they will be moved to the National League. Games are played Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday at 6:30pm. Teams will be scheduled to play 1 to 2 games per week. Make-up games may be played on Saturdays.
Saturday League
This league is for players ages 5 & up. It is a league for beginners to intermediate players. We are expanding to Saturday because of the large turnout we had this spring. This league will meet on Saturdays from 10:00am to 11:30am. A typical session will consist of warming up, learning and practicing a baseball skill and playing a game.
National League
This league is for players ages 16 & up. It is a league for players with more advanced baseball skills or players wanting to be on a team with their peers. It is a league that has beginners, intermediate, and advanced players. Games are played on Wednesdays & Sundays at 5:00pm & 6:30pm. All players participate in a variety of skill activities and games each session. Make-up games may be played on Saturdays.
